About Anastiscia Lang
Anastiscia Lang is a board-certified Doctorate of Traditional Naturopathy, and also has board certification as a Holistic Health Practitioner, and Holistic Nutritionist Practitioner.
In addition to board certification with the California Naturopathic Certification Board (CNCB) Anastiscia is a member of the American Naturopathic Medical Association (ANMA), is also board certified under the American Alternative Medical Association (AAMA), the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP), board-certified with the American Council of Holistic Medicine, the Society of Complementary Alternative and Holistic Practitioners, a member of the American Holistic Health Association, and is recognized as a Registered Traditional Naturopath with the International Association of Natural Health Practitioners.
Her interests have always been in the alternative therapies. She has spent the last 25 years using natural health means, after personally experiencing a VAST variety of therapies and protocols, due to her mother's cancer, autoimmune illness and her own 12-year journey with Lyme Disease, co-infections, mold and parasite illness, metal poisoning, various adverse reactions and toxicity issues.
Having been misdiagnosed for 8 years and losing everything including almost her own life, she can relate to multiple immune health challenges and relapses along with traumatic pain and injury from sports and other accident trauma. She was fortunate enough to work with a Naturopathic Doctor who immediately suspected chronic Lyme disease and recommended herbal protocols. The combination of varied natural protocols, diet and lifestyle practices proved to be critical components to her recovery.
Anastiscia Lang uses an integrative approach to health and wellness, combining natural modalities, and noninvasive analysis in order to best support clients in removing obstacles preventing optimal health. She believes strongly in the integration of all aspects of health: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual in order to live a happy, fulfilling balanced life. She is a firm believer better health can be achieved, given the right tools and education and with the client's understanding that optimal health is the responsibility of oneself.
Below is her initial journey of losing everything imaginable, holding onto a mustard seed of faith, and belief, working through the challenges for survival, grasping HOPE, WILL and determination. She has been to some of the top natural healing clinics and also worked with some of holistic health's most knowledgeable doctors and economical protocols.
She has a strong understanding of individualized needs in mind, body and spirit for working toward optimal health. She emphasizes, clients make the decisions and they contribute to preventing disease within their own body.
She states, "As Traditional Naturopaths we help our clients in educating and suggesting to them what's ideal for their personalized optimal health."
When she is not assisting clients, she enjoys art, film, the Tahoe outdoors with her husband, travel, and educating herself on the latest in the natural health industry.
Her desire is to bring about HOPE, ENCOURAGEMENT and BETTER HEALTH by sharing her experiences, education and guidance with you and FOR you.

Do you suffer from nagging complex symptoms?
Do you feel like you have hit a wall?
Do your assessments come back "normal" but you feel "abnormal"?
We don't focus on DIS-ease, The focus is on building HEALTH
At Glow Health, combining different alternative health options are implemented to help alleviate or lessen problems a client may be experiencing.
Many people are beginning to recognize the interconnection of body, mind and spirit and the importance of treating the whole person rather than separate body parts and adopting a holistic approach. In this way, the focus is on the body's immune system, the defense system, the way it responds to a toxic obstruction and supporting the body in returning to an optimal state. People are beginning to see the value in treating health conditions with natural, alternative, preventative methods and functional testing.
Functional assessment is non-invasive and looks at urine, saliva, stool, blood spot in addition to regular blood serum testing and can give accurate, detailed information about the underlying terrain of the body, the organs and systems that are under-functioning and why, so you can act preemptively to prevent and support any further ill health processes.
WHAT IS A CERTIFIED PRACTITIONER OF HOLISTIC NUTRITION?
Certified Holistic Nutritionists are highly qualified professionals who structure organic, whole food diets and natural medicines for patients based on how food and supplements can affect the body systems biochemically. They may consider but by no means limited to, digestive/ GI problems, metabolic issues, immune function, disease pathology, how the brain responds to certain chemicals and how by-products can harm a client's health.

The Principles of HOLISTIC HEALTH:
-
A partnership between client and practitioner in the healing process.
-
Appropriate use of holistic health methods to facilitate the body’s innate healing response.
-
Consideration of all factors that influence health, wellness and disease, including mind, spirit and community as well as body.
-
Use of natural, effective, non-invasive modalities.
-
Use of the broader concepts of promotion of health and support in the prevention of illness.

I will praise thee for Iam fearfully and wonderfully made, marvelous are thy works and that my soul knoweth right well. Psalms 139:14
